Well... that's a pretty odd request. I mean, names can usually be translated to the extent that there is a similar sounding already-established name in use in the destination language.

ex. Robert, Roberto.

or perhaps mere convention of similar beginnings:

Tiago (Pr.) --> Jaime (Esp.) --> James (Eng.) --> Jacques (Fr.)

You can do what most people do. Add the second declension -us ending to the name.

Millen + us --> Millenus

sim. Fentonus.

Or leave them as third declension names: Millen and Fenton.
