Romanum imperium a Romulo exordium habet qui Reae Silvae filius et Martis cum Remo fratre uno partu editus est.

i have made my attempt in this sentence, but i don't know how to translate the whole sentence

The "uno" refers to "partu".

Translate filius along to lines of "as son of RS and Mars" or "being the son of RS and Mars".

Your translation seems to be right until the "qui" (I don't speak Portuguese, but it "looks" right to me), but gets a bit chaotic from there.
translate "editus est" as "natus est".

Maybe it's easier if you do it in small bits:

Can you translate these sentences:

(blabla) a Romulo, qui editus (= natus) est.

(blabla) a Romulo, qui cum Remo fratre editus est.

(blabla) a Romulo, qui cum Remo fratre uno partu editus est.

uno partu is a bit tough to translate ... it means "in one (and the same) birth"
