I'm sitting all the evening and getting more and more lost in the grammar.... I need to translate "Absolutely anything". At this moment I have come to "Infinitum quicquam" and for some reason it sounds stupid. Could anyone please help with this?

Can you not use quicquam or quisquam alone?
