I'm looking to get a tattoo that says "Dare To Dream" and was hoping someone could help me with the translation. Thanks in advance for your time.

aude somniare is a literal translation, assuming that only one person is being adressed, in the case opposite, it would be audete ....

    somniare means, literally, to dream.
adfectare [affectare] means more along the lines of 'aspire'. ie. I dream of becoming a soldier would be, i think, affecto militare.

wait to see what others say, though.
