Hello, i have a very urgent question. Does anyone know what is the "Diploma in Publice Notando"? I can't find it anywhere... Would it be a "Certificate in public relations" or "public writing", or some "public observations"?

It is from the sentence "[...] digna existimata est quae inter eos haberetur Diploma in Publice Notando adipiscentes."

    How would you translate it?

I guess i found the answer myself... There was an abreviation "outside" the document. :)
"Dip. Not. Pub" -> Diploma of Notary Public.
