Greetings to all Latin D members and guests,

Today I would like the phrase on the thread title to be translated into Modern Latin and just to assure the definition of illicit that I would like to get translated into Latin is; forbidden by law, rules or customers and for activity is the following; the condition of things happening or being done.

As always all help is appreciated,
    Thanks,
    J.M

Actus illicitus is one possibility (and extremely close to the English, for whatever that's worth).

So aftus ilicitus is literally illicit act.
    Am I right?

And Thank you as always for coming up with very effective translations Callaina.
