    Only in darknes, the light
    Only in death, life
    How can I know about you?
    Rest in peace wherever you are.

    Inspired by Ursula K. Le Guin, it seems -- I love A Wizard of Earthsea!

    Solum in silentio verbum est;
    solum in tenebris, lux;
    solum in morte, vita.
    Quomodo de te sciam?
    Ubicumque es, ibi requiescas in pace.

    Literally:
    "The word is only in silence; the light, only in darkness; only in death, life. How can/might I know about you? Wherever you are, there [may you] rest in peace."
