    "remember who it's for"

I've tried reading up on grammar and words, but it's really hard, and now my time's up and I need the translation for just this part. All i know is that "reminiscor" is "remember", but I don't really know how to say "who it's for."

Can someone please translate this for me?

Perhaps just an imperative of memini with the dative of the relative pronoun?:

    Memento cui.

If more than one person were addressed, it might be mementote cui.
