    "In wine there is death"

"There is death in too much wine"

in vino mors - in wine there is death
in vino letum - in wine there is death and destruction

Good quote by the way ;)

And if you would really like to have a slogan with the same sort of alliterative ring as "in vino veritas" you could probably get away with substituting "mero" for "vino":

    In mero mors.

Oh, and if you want to specify "too much" wine:

    In nimio vino mors.

    or:

    In nimio mero mors.
