Umbra transit, voluntas permanet.

Hey everybody, I recently ran into the phrase "Umbra transit, voluntas permanet" some kind of variation on "Transit umbra, lux permanet." Could it then be translated as: "Shadow passes, (the)will remains" or something?

If you mean "Umbra transit, voluntas permanet", I think so.
