What would be the best way to translate the title of Earth-Shaker into Latin?

I would like to use the title of earth-shaker in an invocation to the god Neptune and I am unsure how best to translate it. I have included what I have translated so far.

Neptune, rex maris,________, domine mi; obsecro te.
Neptune, king of the sea, earth shaker, my lord; I implore you.

Or, if you want the standard Homeric epithet, "Ennosigaee".
