Hi All, Really appreciate the assistance given in the past I was just looking for a translation for the name of this war into Classical Latin, and Also "All who draw breath are of equal worth", also into classical.

That works. This literally means "the war of Spartacus". More literally would be tertium bellum servile, though I haven't checked to see if such a phrase is used. But I think I've seen things like tertium bellum Macedonicum.

'bellum servile' occurs in Eutropius (as you probably remember :) - there's a clue to where I'm at in The Neverending Book) and there is a Vicipaedia article entitled 'Tertium Bellum Servile'.
