It is about the relations between the Roman Empire and Han China, which were among the two largest and powerful empires in the world two millenia ago and both were interested in the culture of the other empire. There is also a comparison of the two regarding their respective empires.

It's an interesting topic, indeed. I'll pay better attention to it soon, I hope. (I didn't read all the article, but, once it coincided with turning eyes to the East, last weeks, I did take a look at it. I was willing to comment then, but never did.) :oops:
