Independence Day, yes indeed, well reminded! that other great republic that refused to join the Commonwealth.
Now it's just a shame that ye don't look after yer poorer (or ill) citizens, but hey, the day will come.

Now, on the pronunciation, I'm afraid my Latin pronunciation is like a Scotch fisherwoman reading Racine.
