This is the best way to find what Text 1 is. I'll use what we know to get a name.

"Behold, the days are coming," says the Lord, "That I will raise to David a Branch of righteousness; A King shall reign and prosper, And execute judgment and righteousness in the earth.

"Now this is His name by which He will be called: THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS."

Text 1 is from the Proprium de Tempore, which takes from Jeremiah.

The picture with Mary is probably from the Gospel of James.

Text 1 and 2 are from the Propium de Tempore. (In the Roman Breviary)

At Passiontide, the Propium takes from Jeremiah.

This source says that Text 1 comes from the Breviary.

Do you see the Breviarium? And below it, you can see the text in Text 1.
It tells us exactly where it is, f. 87ra-b.

If the Mary picture is indeed from the Gospel of James, then it is from chapters 7 and 8, when they take her to the temple.

f.87ra-b should refer to the section and chapter, although I'm not sure exactly what it refers to. After all, it's hard to find.
