This text was found in the register of deaths / burials of a parish in Belgium dating from 1632. I can't decipher three words and can't make much sense of the whole text. I would be grateful for any help. Rolandus Verlaeckt is the name of a person.

Rolandus Verlaeckt continnis persuasionibus actus, praesumpti et imaginati maleficii contra ulla signa et symptomata illius indicativa, primo importunissime diversisin locis sibi accersitis exorcismis (occliae ?) / Deinde consultis variis sagis larvis ac diabolicis (… bus) externis ; (… ?) obiens relicto suis mandato exenterandi corporis repertus est duobus calculis ovorum instar laborasse.

Thanks in advance.

At first sight...:
line 1- Not continnis, but continuis.
line 6 - diversis in locis.
line 7sqq. - Deinde consultis variis sagis larvis ac diabolicis hominibus externis ...

Line 7 - (occliae ?): How about ecclesiae ?

I think it is Eccl[es]iar[um]. ie exorcisms of churches. I have an idea that this is part of the procedure for consecrating churches.

I’m afraid I can’t agree.
Please consider the central statement:
Rolandus Verlaeckt …
repertus est
duobus calculis ovorum instar laborasse (
nominativus cum infinitivo),
id est
Roland Verlaeckt …
was found to have suffered from two calculi
(nephritic stones / biliary calculi) as large as eggs. (Result of autopsy: "exenterandi corporis")

I thank you for completing the puzzle! It will take me some time to translate but I'll post the result here. Any suggestions are still welcome.

(… ?) obiens] How about "tandem obiens" (order of succession: primo - deinde - tandem).

The structure of the Latin registration (as I see it):

Rolandus Verlaeckt

continuis persuasionibus actus praesumpti et imaginati maleficii contra ulla signa et symptomata illius indicativa,

primo importunissime diversis in locis sibi accersitis exorcismis *ecclesiae

deinde consultis variis sagis larvis ac diabolicis *hominibus externis ;

*tandem obiens

relicto
suis mandato exenterandi corporis

repertus est duobus calculis ovorum instar laborasse.
