guarantor ________ to join together in holy Matrimony;
desiring (provided that both parties shall consent,
and that they are not blood relatives to each other, married, abducted, contracted, betrothed,
nor obstructed by whatever other impediment of the Canons [1] concerning
all of which you should enquire as diligently as possible with respect to the
blessing of such Matrimony. We burden your conscience with regards

that at least three Witnesses of suitable honesty should be invited
