A phrase by which Roman might describe terrible wine

It's been a while since I've been here.
Hello again.
Can anyone suggest, perhaps an attested phrase, or a likely phrase, that might be used by a gladiator to indicate that something he just drank was exceedingly disgusting.

The equivalent of someone down the pub/bar describing the beer as tasting like cat's piss.

I should add, I only really need the comparison bit in Latin (vulgar Latin?) since it is for a book, and in this scene all the characters understand each other, so the dialogue is in English.

This is probably not what you are looking after but, in De Officiis, Cicero refers to wine that is going off as vinum fugiens (see here and here).
