Hi!
I was hoping if someone could translate a couple of sentences for me.

The first one is:
The dragon is a perfect marriage between power and the will to use it.

For this one i was already looking on the internet for possible translations but i only found the Translators (programes) which suggested: Extraho est a perficio matrimonium inter vox quod mos utor is.
But since i don't really trust the programmed translators i was hoping someone here could confirm it, or even better suggest your own translation .
I don't need it to be an exact translation (especially don't like the use of word marriage in the above sentence ).

And the second sentence is:
Abandon hope all ye who enter here

I feel that the best form to quote this phrase in is the original Italian:

Per me si va ne la città dolente,
per me si va ne l’etterno dolore,
per me si va tra la perduta gente.
Giustizia mosse il mio alto fattore:
fecemi la divina podestate,
la somma sapienza e ’l primo amore.
Dinanzi a me non fuor cose create
se non etterne, e io etterno duro.
Lasciate ogne speranza, voi ch’intrate.

These are the words written above the gates of Hell in Dante's work.

In more modernised Italian, the last line is:
‘Lasciate ogni speranza, voi che entrate.’

In Latin, it would perhaps be:
‘Relinqvĭte omnem spem, vōs qvī intrātis.’

Dēpōnite or abicite instead of relinquite.
