I wish to tattoo something in latin

Always the eternal light

Or

Always my eternal light

( It's concerning a woman , so feminine )

I've found this sentence on internet

" Semper lux aeterna "

Someone can confirm it or correct it ?

As I recall there's a song called Lux aeterna. It's on the soundtrack of 2001: A Space Odyssey. Grammatically aeterna has to agree with lux, not the person referenced. Semper (mea) lux aeterna is fine. mea = "my."
