angel of retribution

Hello everyone. I need some help with a translation. I am trying to translate "angel of retribution" from English to Latin. I have done some research and sort of worked out the angel is angelus and retribution is Talio, but an unsure of how it fits together.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
