Art From the Darkness

Hi,

I was wondering the correct way to say, "art from the darkness". So far I have, artem ex tenebris. Is this correct?

Thanks

That is correct if you are implying some action that someone is "doing" to the art, for instance "(I derive/take/fetch...) art from the darkness". If you were implying something more like "(this is) art from the darkness", it would be different.
