sed mi avos huius obsecrans concredidit thensaurum auri clam omnis:

Why isn't it clam omnibus? Is it to make it more obvious that it is entrusted to him and not all? Should I be taking it as omnīs?

Yes.

While clam more often takes the ablative, it can alternatively take the accusative. I don't think there's any difference in meaning or emphasis.
