What is the best translation of the "Aeneid"?

I know that some translations aim to be more literal and other more literary, just hoping for perhaps the best overall translation and then maybe some of the best "literal" and some of the best "literary" translations.

Thanks in advance.

Additionally, if you have the time, what is the best commentary?

(I apologize if this has been answered somewhere else)

Like AoM, I've only read bits and pieces of a few different versions. Yet I hold by Mandelbaum, an American bloke who did a mighty Dante in his time also. He writes what he sees, neither decorates nor detracts. Truly a wizard of the trade.

Thank you for the input. I have read the Fitzgerald, but not the Mandelbaum, so that will be my next one. I will also look over the other links. Thanks again.
