I am sure this is incorrect. There is a tuos that I can’t fit in, at least.

Maybe the tuos fits in like this:
Within a short time we will overcome you and all [who are] yours – that is, tuos describes the allies of whoever te is.

Also I think it makes more sense to translate semper as "forever" here – the translation using "always" sounds a bit awkward.

So based on all this, the final translation could be:
Within a short time we will overcome you and all of yours, the enemies of the homeland, and you will forever pay serious penalties.
