are they interchangeable ones?
Generally, no. Only circum and circa are similar to one another: both mean "around". Ergo means "therefore". It also sometimes means "on account of"; in that case, it is preceded by a word in the genitive. Erga means "toward" or "for", especially in expressions of feeling and attitude (things like "my love for you" or "his disposition toward her").
