I gathered that. You were really quite fond of her after all, weren't you? You even did her hair.
I was fond of her. Apart from brushing her and the odd bath, her hair didn't require much attention so long as she was clipped a couple of times a year by a groomer. If her hair wasn't kept short she would turn into a furry ball of shite with eyes.
