Day teaches Day in Latin.

Hi, "Day teaches Day" is a rough translation of a Latin proverb I can't remember. Hope someone is familiar here with that one and can help. This has been bugging me for a long time :D.

diēs diem docet, or diēs posterior priōris est discipulus. The second formulation ('the next day is the student of the previous one') may possibly be older, although I haven't found an ancient attestation for either. I think it's based on Psalm 18.3.
