Don't complain, don't explain

Hi, I was wondering if you could give me an accurate translation for the above phrase. Google translate gave me, "Non queri, non explicet" which then reverse translated to
"better not to complain, does not explain" which does not sound bad. Is this proper and accurate Latin?

No, it isn't. Google Translate very rarely produces proper and accurate Latin.

Noli queri, noli explicare would be a correct translation, if the phrase is addressing one person at a time (it would be a little different if it were addressing a group).

Thank you for the clarification!
