What do you think is a good term which would describe this phenomenon in Latin? Something you could use to express to a tattoo requestor that what they are asking for will be meaningless.

Dog Latin I think would convey the idea to the poster, although it seems to mean malformed Latin, rather than correctly translated gibberish...

I thought of Pull fourth speech (拉丁文), but no-one would know what I was talking about!
