Maybe a typo: Omnia suam habent causamFulgor Laculus dixit:I assume that this is in reference to the law of cause and effect, or destiny / fate, as it is otherwise known.
If in the word 'reason' you are implying cause, then:
Omnia sua habent causa - all things have their cause.
