Exist without Exisiting

I'm making a motto for a secret society.
The Motto Idea is "Exist without Existing".
However, I'd be fine with something around the lines of Exist from the Shadows. Any Ideas?
Thanks!

(to) exist from the shadows - exsistere ex umbris
or as an imperative ; (you! )exist from the shadows - exsiste ex embris (!)

as for "exist without existing" - a litteral rendering could be exsistere sine existentia ; however I wouldn't recommend it.

I would advise you to wait for further suggestions from more experienced latinists.

PS. It would be helpful if you elaborated what exactly do you wish to express by "exist without existing"
