It would be better just to pick one of the three phrases.

Each of the phrases are correct in their own right, but picking out a single word from each phrase to put it together to a new phrase is non-sensical. quod periit can mean 'what is past' in the right context, but periit cannot mean 'past' per se. The three words you put together there, "fide vis periit", would end up meaning "power vanished by trust".
