Finding the Gold

“Finding the Gold”

I am a female who would like help translating this in order for me to use it as my magickal motto. It’s a quote from the poem ’Spell of the Yukon’ (https://www.poetryfoundation.org/poems/46643/the-spell-of-the-yukon) with the meaning that it’s the journey that matters, the looking for the gold, not the getting or having it.

I would really like for the initials to be AI, and since gold is (I think) something like Aurum, I was hoping there might be a word that starts with “i” that might work as "finding"?

This is the part of the poem containing the sentence:

“There’s gold, and it’s haunting and haunting;
It’s luring me on as of old;
Yet it isn’t the gold that I’m wanting
So much as just finding the gold.”

Any help would be deeply appreciated, thanks!

That actually works very well: aurum invenire = "finding gold".
