"Give" - do, dare. This is a command, so the imperative form is required: Da. Another variant of "give" is dono, -are, so a second possibility is dona.

"courage" - valor, -oris This is the thing being given; it is a direct object of "give", so needs to be in the accusative: valorem.

"me" - This is the indirect object, the person to whom the courage is given. So we need the dative form mihi.

Keeping the original word order, we have Da mihi valorem or Dona mihi valorem.
