Do I have the correct translation of the following sentence?
Grant me the power of altering a weapon to attack the one wielding it.
Da mihi potestatem mutandi ferrum aggredi unum gestat id.
Grant me the power of altering a weapon to attack the one wielding it.
Da mihi potestatem mutandi ferrum aggredi unum gestat id.
- My main concern is the portion in bold. Would this be a time when one would use the infinitive of the verb aggredi considering it is I believe used as a noun? Also I was unsure on how to translate the one wielding it so I used the accusative of unus and the third person indicative of gestare and id, which is referring back to the weapon.
