By the question "When is an oath violated?" - do you expect the answer to be "today, at quarter past four"? Or do you mean something like sensing a disturbance in the forcing the very moment an oath is violated?

I mean like the spell caster, senses a disturbance in the force telling him that the target of the spell has fulfilled the oath or has gone back on his word.

Would it be easier should I reword it as such:
Grant me the power of knowing the moment an oath to me has been fulfilled or violated.
