Would what I have be an accurate translation of this Latin sentence?

Primo, ut mundum diligere sit, mundana ista omnia per fas nefasque quaerere, quaesitis comparatisque aut anxie & impotenter incubare, nulloque suo aut aliorum commodo, uti.

First, to love the world is: to seek all those worldly things both lawfully and unlawfully, to anxiously and impotently rest in one’s acquisitions and preparations, and not to make use of any advantage of one's own or of others.
