...or someting along those lines. I mean it to be as like an interregection(that's probably misspelled).

Something like "You know, I'm great" or "Guess what, I rule" would probably be eaiser and mean the same thing.

Indeed, idioms are the worst when it comes to translating...

My take:

First the idiomatic meaning

[Calling sound] + [expression of familiarity], [self-praise]

Seeing these elements, I would say:

Heus! Comes! Magnus sum!

Roughly meaning: Hey! Comrade! I am great!

But I am not aware of any instances of a Roman saying that ;D
