Patres work for the Padres, Cyanocittae might work for the Jays, Expositiones work for the Expos, and Bruni works for the Browns. Nautae however mainly refers to as "sailors" or an already existing team in that city. How about this neo-Latin coinage: Aeronautae for Pilots?
