[I am/was] resuscitated

Hey,

So the word is resuscitare I suppose. And I would like it bent for first person and past tense.

This is a tattoo idea because of this one time when I had to be defibrillated and fortunately already was at the hospital since some hours.

Very thankful for any help!

Edit: English grammar mistake

resuscitata sum if you are female
resuscitatus sum if you are male
resuscitatum sum if you are a temple

Would it still make sense if "sum" was excluded, since it's still bent for 1st person? If it just said Resuscitatus?

Many thanks again!

Yes, it would mean "reawakened" rather than "I was reawakened". You still need the appropriate -us or -a ending for your sex of course.

Congratulations on your survival by the way!

I should have mentioned, it's no longer specifically 1st person without the sum.

I think I would have been fairly sure of whom it referred to if someone had resuscitata/-us tattooed on their body. :)

Thank you! I am truly happy. And thanks to you all for all the help, I think I will settle with "resuscitatus" on its own
