If I Fall, I Will Rise Again

Hi everyone, I'm hoping you can help me translate the phrase:
"If I Fall, I Will Rise Again", I'm planning on getting it inked on my back.

The closest I saw is "Delapsus Resurgam" which is 'When I Fall, I Shall Arise", will it do?

Thanks so much in anticipation. :p

I don't have access to my dictionary right now, so I don't think I should offer an alternative yet. But, I should let you know that in your case, Selena, "delapsus" should be changed to its feminine form: "delapsa". "Resurgam" would remain unchanged.

That's currently the statement "fallen, I shall rise again". The conditional is si delabar resurgam.

the future II would probably be more common in the si-clause (si delapsa ero)

Thanks guys, so what is the best translation? si delabar resurgam?
According to Bitmap, "si delapsa ero resurgam" would be better - I'm sorry that no one clarified that completely.
