It could either mean "I shall bear fire" or "may I carry fire."
The present subjunctive and future indicative of third and fourth conjugations is the same in form and similar in meaning.

That makes sense...I just asked the person associated with the phrase and he said he though it translated to...basically, "I will carry the fire". IN this case the "fire" he is referring to is figurative.....meaning virtue or goodness.
