I've no idea why whoever compiled that table has put the Greek phi (or is it koppa?) symbol there.
Who did compile that table, and what leads you to believe it is to be depended on?

I found so many like this one, so I figured it was at least a decently accurate.
You're the victim of information chaos, as are so many people these days who rely almost entirely on online resources for their knowledge of things.
