Inviolata Maria intacta permanens alma Que meruisti portare seculi vita speciosum prefiliis hominum fama Quem laudant cuncta polorum mirum turma Sacra inter corea angelica Virgo ascendisti benedicta O quam beata es alma preelecta In corrupta mater et gravia que post partum virgo.

I'll translate it as best I can, if that's what you're after:

O inviolate Mary, lasting forever untouched, o nourishing (matron) that in the life of the world(?) wast worthy to bear before the sons of men a specious (babe) whom all the throng of the heavens praise with fame; o holy angelic Maiden incarnate(?), thou hast arisen, benedict; o how blessed art thou, chosen matron, mother unstained &, being pregnant (gravida?), art a Maiden even after the birth.

That's the drift of it, anyway.
