Hard to make out, at least for me. Part of it might be an attempt at the formula associated with the sign of the cross-- "in Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti, Amen" ("In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, an of the Holy Ghost, amen".) But it sounds like "Nominus Pater"rather than "Nomine Patris", and the former is gibberish as far as I know (the nominative of "Nomine" is just "Nomen". Earlier I maybe hear "Dominus gratia"? That would be "The lord, grace". "Domino gratias" would be "Thanks be to the Lord", but I can't make out an "o" there.
Sorry I can't do better.
And I'm sorry to mention it, but isn't this a VERY unpleasant video? (I mean, even apart from its putative disregard for the second commandment?). De gustibus non disputandum, I suppose. O tempora, O mores.
