'Live Forever'
'Life is forever'

If these can be translated as best as possible I would be very thankful

"Live forever" (command to plural persons): Vivite in aeternum

"May you (singular) live forever: Vivas in aeternum
"May you (plural) live forever: Vivatis in aeternum

"Life is forever": Vita aeterna est.
