domine me dirige nam peccavi - Lord direct me for I [have] sinned

I think quia would be better than nam here; nam has the idea of "on the other hand," whereas quia is "for" in the sense if "because."

Domine dirige me quia peccavi.

Edit: You could also use quoniam:

Domine dirige me quoniam peccavi.
