Can you explain what you mean by "make a perfection"? This isn't a standard English phrase.

Thank you for replying I think I am going to change my mind and would like Be a perfectionist to be translated into Classical Latin, sorry for any inconveniences,

The main issue is that in "classical latin" there is no noun (at least to my knowledge) that directly corresponds to "perfectionist" in modern understanding of the term - https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/perfectionist

I would rather incline toward some sort of phraseological expression like (optimi) perfectionem (atque absolutionem)* persequere
or
(quidquid agis) prudentissime (ac diligentissime) agas
prudentissimus atque diligentissimus esto
