Measurments

Until I figure out actual terminology for the measurements, I'll be borrowing them from Greek or Latin. The empire's base measurement is a thirteen-inch pés or pous (foot), which is divided into thousandths—similar to how the meter goes to millimeters. How would the Greeks or Romans have formed the following measurements: 1/1,000th of a foot, 1/100th of a foot, and 1,000 feet

The Romans are very bad with fractions. I doubt they'd measure with enough precision to ever say "1/1,000th of a foot". I guess it would be "millesima pars pedis", though.
